Purchasing an Urban Canteen

Here is everything you need to know about ordering your Urban Canteen. If you have any other questions we will be happy to answer them. Please email us at sales@urbancanteen.com and we will have an answer for you within 24 hours.

Payment

You can pay for your Urban Canteen using a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or DISCOVER. We also accept any debit card that is backed by one of the credit card companies listed above. When using a credit card you will need to provide your verification or CVV2 number. This is the last three digits on the back of your credit card, unless you are using an American Express and then it is the four digits on the front of your card.  We value your business so all of our orders are processed using an SSL secure connection, to protect your privacy and personal information.  We will never sell your contact information to other merchants.

Ordering

When ordering your Urban Canteen, please make sure that all of your information is correct. Once your order is received you will be sent an order confirmation at the email address you provided.  If you placed multiple orders, you will receive a confirmation for each order and your charges will be reflected on each.

Shipping

Your new Urban Canteen will be shipped regular mail within 2 to 3 business days, unless you chose one of the other shipping options.  If you choose faster shipment via Fed Ex, we will email you your tracking information as soon as your Urban Canteen ships.

Product Guarantee

Urban Canteen guarantees its bottles for a period of 1 year from the date of the purchase. Please contact us directly if your bottle is defective. Please call Urban Canteen for a Return Authorization Number before sending your product back.

Returns

Because we want you to be happy with each and every purchase, you may return any item you purchase from Urban Canteen for a full refund of applicable charges within 30 days of the date records indicate you successfully received your purchase, provided the items are in original new condition with all materials, paperwork, and accessories intact. Items that are used, washed, or damaged may not be returned.

Please note that box charges and shipping charges are not refundable unless we sent you the wrong item.

Please inspect goods upon delivery. Any defective or missing items should be reported to Urban Canteen immediately. All goods held by the customer for more than 30 days cannot be returned.
